When considering fashion trends incited by design houses’ runway shows, observing and drawing inspiration from above the neck can be just as exciting and informative. Here are a few of my favorite “beauty looks” from the fall 2010 ready-to-wear collections.

Dolce and Gabbana: the sleek, simple hair paired with minimal make-up and bomb shell red lips is always a classic.

I’m a huge fan of the smokey eye, and Roberto Cavalli completely nailed it this season:

Elegant, simple make-up and bouncy 60s curls reigned the runway of Versace:
