Goodbye HONG KONG

Published on May th, 2010 - Author: eve

Today is my last day in Hong Kong and I must say I had amazing two months. At first i hated it, honestly, because goodbyes to Manila and the shitty weather in HK can make you quite depressed… but then i discovered this city has so much to offer!! from clubs and bars (where i guess we spend 90% of our time. ugh) to beautiful sights, museums, art galleries, parks, mountains, beaches, etcetc, that there is just no time for being miserable. Looking back, Hong Kong was one of my best experiences in Asia and I found lovely friends who – again – i will miss for sure. but thats part of life and you always see each other twice =)

After 1.5 years of nonstop traveling, i still think this is the best part of modeling. In the last year I have been to more places than in my whole life and even if i hate planes by now, i will never get tired of traveling. Its just a lot different if you life in a country for couple of months and really get the chance to learn about the culture and understanding the people. and whenever i have a day off from work, i try to go to some fascinating place like the Big Buddha and be the best German tourist i can be! ^^
