Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past couple of days, then you would know that LeBron James is going to announce the team he is playing for Thursday on ESPN in a one hour special. Oh I sure hope it’s still with Cleveland. It’s sure to be the best hour on TV!

The other big piece of news that the entire world is talking about is Lindsay Lohan is going to jail! On Tuesday, a judge ruled that she violated the terms of her probation when she failed to go to alcohol education classes for a drunk driving case. She missed 9 classes. 9 DAMN CLASSES!! How hard is it to go to a 2 hour session about why drunk driving is bad?! You watch the red pavement video, you talk about why you did what you did, flirt with the other people and sleep. How hard is that? Though, it’s not like she missed a couple. I understand a couple, you’re an actress, you’ve got things to do, you have an unorthodox schedule. 9 CLASSES? You didn’t even try! She said:

“I am not taking this as a joke. This is my life.”

and

“As far as I knew I was being in compliance with my program.”

Really? REALLY?! I want to address a couple of things.

1. Drunk Driving

Why? Is there a point? You have no excuse. Do you not have a cell phone to call a cab? Can you not call a friend? You’re still a major celebrity that gets photographed everywhere you go. Did you really think you weren’t going to get caught? How stupid can you be? Then again, this is the girl that agreed to do Herbie Fully Loaded.

2. SCRAM device going off

For those that don’t know, it’s a bracelet that checks for traces of alcohol in the air or on the skin. She claims that people around her were drinking and because of that, the device went off. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt.

3. Blonde Hair

For the love of all that is good in this world, go back to the red hair. I still see a little hot in you, it’s just the red hair that kills you.

No, you don’t “do it better”

Anyway, after all of that, you still had the nerve to act surprised and begin to cry when you got sentenced to 90 DAYS?! Oh please. You know you did something wrong, take responsibility, and man up! Without getting into a debate about the correctional system in this country, 90 days will probably do nothing to make her think about what she’s done.

In the end, will she come out a better person because of this? Who knows. Until then…
