Mother’s Day Gifts

Unless you’re a terrible child or you’ve been living in a hole your entire life, you probably know that Mother’s Day is coming up this Sunday. If you’re just finding this out now and are panicking because you haven’t sent a card or bought a gift, then fear not my friends because I’ve pulled together some great Mother’s Day gifts for you last minute shoppers.

Whether she’s a mastermind cook, a magician in the garden, tech savvy, or an avid reader, atleast one of these gifts should be suitable for your hardworking Moms!

  1. Experimental Decor Bud Vase – $24 – This triplet vase is the perfect thing to decorate your Mom’s desk, windowsill or bedside table. Extra points if you fill the vases with her favorite flowers.
  2. Long Term Shakers – $18 – Salt and pepper shakers are one of those utensils that never leave the kitchen table…atleast in my house. What better way to add a little flare to the table than with some decorative S&P shakers?
  3. Faceted Glass Hand Mirror – $18 – One of my favorite things to do in my Mom’s room is play around with all of her trinkets and treasures. From vintage hair brushes to beautiful bowls filled with old buttons and pins, I just can’t seem to stop touching things! This mirror would be the perfect addition to a counter top covered in jewelry, make-up, or anything else she may fill the space with.
  4. Clear Solutions Cookbook Holder – $24.95 – My Mom’s cookbooks are covered in flour, sugar, molasses, etc. This cookbook holder would be not only help her read a recipe more easily, but it would also save her cookbooks from the unavoidable kitchen mess.
  5. Orla Kiely Laptop Case – $93 – The point of a laptop is to easily carry your computer around wherever you go and yet, laptop cases can be so ugly. This Orla Kiely case is super cute and would definitely make me far more excited to carry my laptop around.
  6. Notable Novelists Card Game – $10.95 – My Mom is practically a public library when it comes to all the books she has read and all the authors that she knows. What better way to spend Mother’s Day than to lose to your Mom at this novelists card game? Better start studying now ;)
  7. Jonathan Adler Enamel Curve Frame – $68 – We all know that one of the easiest gifts you can give a parent is a picture frame with your face in it. But why not spend a little time on picking out a nice frame to complement your smiling face? These Jonathan Adler frames come in an assortment of colors and the abstract shape will make them stand out amongst all the other frames on her bedside table.
