So as many of you know it has taken Neave and myself months to put together this website redesign. We have pain stakingly been working out every little bug and every little detail day after day and it is finally paying off. A couple key features that we added with this design are:
- the personal blogs of each writer
- the new and improved featured section
- the most commented/most viewed/ most recent tabs on the home page.
We are currently in the process of setting up a company store and forum however dont expect those for a few months.
Also the site is now hosted on a mediatemple dedicated host. This has decreased up load times dramatically and is a dream to work with.
TheNeave.com has been entered into the Big Bang Business Plan Competition at UC Davis and will be taking place over the next few months. Basically we get to put together our business plan and have various venture capitalist judge us and tell us where we can improve. I am hoping some new creative ideas will come out of it.
