Looking to make some extra cash or gain instant sartorial gratification? With tunes courtesy of Cut Copy and The Smiths pumping through the store while shaggy haired hipsters peruse the racks of  vintage and consignment finds, Rescue of Brighton, MA will give you what you want. Whether you’re looking for beige Gucci pumps or motorcycle boots, a mink hat or a trucker cap, or that crazy funky one-of-a-kind vintage tee, Rescue won’t let you down; all of the above have passed through the store at some point in the recent past. Those Gucci pumps might still be there…
If you’re consigning, Rescue operates differently than most consignment shops. The owners – and siblings – Jeralyn and Paul offer on the spot, in cash, 30% of what they plan on selling your item for. Or, if it’s new clothes you’re after, J and P give the option of receiving 50% of the item’s worth in store credit.Â
Check out Rescue’s website here for street style inspiration, the blog, press coverage, and contact info.Â
