They are made out of cheap plastic and are sold for $20 at retail stores around the United States. People wear these to clubs, parties and I have even seen people driving while wearing these things.
Instead of banning cell phone use while driving why don’t we ban people with I.Q’s lower than 130 from driving in the streets?
