With September and the cool months looming over us, it’s time to start thinking about what you’re going to wear once your bikini isn’t enough coverage. Here are three of our favorite and very wearable trends for fall.
Camel + Red. The two colors are must-haves this season. Pair a vibrant red accessory with a camel piece for instant chic without looking too trendy. This Behnaz Sarafpour jacket is understated and classic, making it a good investment piece. A red handbag is a practical and fun deviation from black or brown; a clear, vibrant red goes with almost any neutral.

The Kitten Heel. I must put aside my extreme distaste for any heel under three inches; however, the fact is undeniable. This season, the fashion savvy are putting aside their mile-high stilettos in favor of more demure footwear. The trick is to wear your kitten heels with an edgy, modern outfit or else the ensemble might seem dowdy and church-y. A leather motorcycle jacket with distressed jeans are the perfect contrast to lower heels.
Animal Print. From the day my mother gave me her vintage cheetah-print coat, I have been head over heels in love with animal print. Lucky for me, so is the fashion world this fall. Whether you’re wearing a bold and sexy animal-print dress like this one at Pretty Pennies, or sporting a more subtle accessory, you’ll be right on target for this season. Try mixing things up by wearing a print in colors not found in nature, like this Joyrich tote. Remember to keep things in moderation though; too much at once and you’ll look like an exotic animal hunt gone horribly wrong.

i hate kitten heels. they're unflattering and uncomfortable. who cares about trends, i am most certainly not giving up my 6" platforms.
I think kitten heels are unflattering. They flatten the foot and make the calves and legs look dumpy. I'll never don a pair of kitten heels!
Fall's kitten heel is analogous to last season's clog…attempting to make a come back, but (for lack of a better word) FUGLY. The POINT of a heel is to make legs longer, posture better, and calves sexier…the only thing a kitten heel accomplishes is feet like king kong and with the inability to run like him. I'll be in 4 inch stilettos til the day I die and judging all you short kitten heelers along the way
Animal Print has come now in fashion.Fall fashion trends 2010 is full of animal prints.
