You might feel ridiculous doing a bit of office yoga in your cubicle…but who cares? At least you aren’t banging your fists on your desk or screaming random outbursts like the creepster dude next to you.

OH, the woes of the corporate environment! Those harsh florescent lights beating down on you, the temperature never being comfortable and suits peering over your shoulder every second are sure to skyrocket your stress levels. We should all legally get those incredibly useless “10 minute” breaks.

Next time you have a break, instead of sprinting to get more half burnt Folgers (or whatever tasteless coffee you can chug for free at your workplace) take a few minutes and try some office yoga. People might stare at you but you’ll be more relaxed and focused than they are!

While you’re at it, throw on some noise canceling headphones and listen to this peaceful and relaxing jam:
